Default Executive Coaching in Australia - an HR View of What Works

On Monday 18 October 2006 Dr Gavin Dagley delivered an excellent presentation which provided an overview of Executive Coaching from an HR perspective.

This event was organised and hosted by the victorian committee of Australian Psychological Society's Interest Group in Coaching Psychology (APS IGCP).

The presentation was based on the results of a survey conducted by the Australian Human Resources Institute which is the Australian equivalent of the UK based Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Of interest to the coachingpsychologist.net community is that the powerpoint slides have been published on the APS website so that anyone who is interested in this area can download.
