Default The cult of personality

In the CIPD's annual guide to assessment which was published on October the 8th, Joy Persaud explores factors influencing the increased usage of personality assessment in coaching practice in her article titled 'The cult of personality'.

The full article can be found here http://www2.peoplemanagement.co.uk/p...e&type=section

The questions Joy asked when she was researching the article were quite interesting. What you would have said to Joy if you had been asked the same questions?
