UK Coaching and Mentoring qualifications strategy consultation
The UK Government, via the Sector Skills Development Agency, has commissioned ENTO www.ento.co.uk to develop a Sector Skills Agreement and Sector Qualifications Strategy which includes Coaching and Mentoring.
Results of the work will inform future plans of employer groups, training providers and funding bodies in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and will have a significant impact on the way coach and mentor training is provided in the workplace. A key piece of research being conducted in support of this work is an e-survey launched today for employers and key stakeholders to complete online. Participation is open to any stakeholder in the coaching and mentoring sector who wishes to contribute to the development of this UK wide qualifications strategy. Deadline for completed online submissions is Wednesday January 16th, 2008. For further information about how to take part in this qualficiations strategy consultation for coaching and mentoring in the workplace contact alex.may@stepaheadresearch.co.uk |
